WILLS, TRUSTS AND HEALTHCARE PROXIES

If you do not have your estate documents in order now is the time to do it. Have a simple will drawn up along with a health care proxy and durable power of attorney. By doing so, you can appoint a person to have legal permission to make health care and financial decisions for you in a situation in which you become incapacitated and can't make decisions for yourself. Also, protect your loved ones and make sure you know where your things will go if you pass away unexpectedly.
